Bottle Opener
This bottle opener project was based upon strict manufacturing methods and and human centered design. Because of this there were many iterations of the product with small tweeks improving the comfort of the product in your hand, while also improving the products function as a whole. The chosen concept used extrusion manufacturing. This made for some hard limitations in the design but also increased the level of detail.
This project was highly focused on a seamless human interaction, prototyping the product was especially important, not only that the product functionally performed flawlessly, but also that the product would be comfortable to use for an extended period of time. Taking into consideration the end users needs, and creating the necessary features.
