The shipping cost is included in all product prices seen on the website.

For any custom design work shipping is extra due to unknown factors such as size and weight.
Return & Exchange Policy
Digital Products
In the case of a failure to receive a digital product simply email Alwayscreativedsgn@gmail.com with the email confirmation of your purchase and we will directly email you the file you purchased. There are no refunds on digital products due to their their low prices (exception products over $10). No returns.

Physical Products
For 3D printed products there are no returns. If a product gets damaged during shipping, email images of the damage along with the order confirmation and we will ship a replacement for the cost of shipping.
