3D Printed Pulling Sled

Back in the summer of 2022 I was in my work placement for my industrial design degree. I was lucky enough to find a placement where I could get fast paced hands on experience with industrial grade 3D printers. I was told to use the printers as much as possible and personal projects were encouraged, so on my breaks I began designing a 1/10th scale R/C pulling sled.

Now in 2026 I am back with version 2, this time based off a the real thing with the goal to not only properly function but to be aesthetically pleasing and have the ability to be printed on your average hobby grade printer.

The CAD design is coming along quite well. Using Photos of real pulling sleds for reference, the CAD model has developed quite nicely.
